If you're a dancer experiencing injury, struggling with managing your time for wellbeing, living with anxiety, or feeling burnt out, you're not alone. In fact, you’re part of a majority.  Around 80% of dance professionals face injury every year, half report moderate to severe symptoms of depression and anxiety, and with financial concerns and irregular income further impacting these issues, nearly four in five have seriously considered leaving the sector.

We're here to help you break the cycle.

Dance Professionals Fund, One Dance UK, and the National Institute of Dance Medicine and Science have come together with a simple mission: to put your wellbeing first. That’s why for the first time ever we're offering 60 dance professionals completely free health and wellbeing support. At the end of 2024, we launched the first ever offer of Wellbeing Packages for the dance ecology at affordable rates (£25 per year). However, we know that dance professionals may still struggle to access the healthcare support that they need in the current financially pressured climate.

Successful applicants will receive free One Dance UK membership plus your choice of two essential services: a dedicated 24/7 wellbeing service, giving you access to a GP, prescriptions, counselling and financial and legal advice to support you, or specialist dancer screening to gain valuable insights to help you improve training and performance, understand your strengths and areas for development, prevent injuries, and support your overall well-being.

Your health matters. Your career matters. And we're here to help you look after both.

Applicants can choose from one of two fully funded support packages, plus a free One Dance UK membership (worth £35):
