How to access our brand new wellbeing benefit
One Dance UK is thrilled to be launching a brand new wellbeing add-on for members.
One Dance UK’s Wellbeing Package is a part of our Performance Optimisation Package and is designed to support physical, financial, and mental wellbeing. The service is offered through BHSF. You might know it as an EAP or Employee Assistance Package - the good news? You don't have to be an employee of One Dance UK to access this - all of our members are eligible to get this support through us.
Below, you’ll find the range of support services that will be on offer for only £25 a year, plus membership costs (starting from £20). You can use as many or as few as you like, and all are confidential and provided by qualified experts on demand.
Get 24/7 access, 365 days a year and remember - whatever you are facing, you don’t have to face it alone.
If you're not yet a member, or have recently expired - great news! You can add the package on when you sign up at checkout.
If you're an existing member, please fill in the form below. We will be contacting people in the coming weeks with more information about how to access the service at a discounted rate based on where you are in your membership journey.

Wellbeing member
Hello, just wanted to say thank you for the BHSF service. I spent the morning being on hold for over 50 mins to my GP only to get a phone call appointment in 3 weeks’ time. So, I rang BHSF and got through straight away, with an appointment today. I used them when I had a horrid chest infection too and they sorted me out with antibiotics in 24 hours. If you are hesitant on using them, I just wanted to say in my experience they have been super-fast, easy to use and helpful so far.

I can't stress enough how much the BHSF counselling meant to me during one of the darkest periods of my life. I had reached out to my GP, but the wait for counselling was agonizingly long. Private counselling was simply out of my financial reach. I felt like I couldn't open up to my friends, family, or coworkers - I was incredibly vulnerable. The counsellor was not just supportive, but also an amazing listener. They offered practical advice and provided resources that I could immediately apply to my situation. Their help was truly a lifeline for me.
