Andrew is the Chief Executive of One Dance UK, with over 30 years of experience in the Cultural sector, and over 15 years in Senior Management roles, including as the Executive Director of Phoenix Dance Theatre. Andrew was a professional dancer for 15 years touring with major dance companies and performing in theatres on every continent. He was awarded an MBE in 2021 for "services to Dance, particularly during the Covid-19 response". If Andrew could take class with any dancer/s it would be Martha Graham or Isadora Duncan.
