Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Description:
Studio Wayne McGregor is seeking a highly motivated Projects Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is central to delivering the Studio’s wide-ranging artistic programme and supporting the international profile of Company Wayne McGregor (CWM).
The Projects Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and Senior Projects Manager to oversee project logistics, touring, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth delivery of complex projects and tours while aligning with the Studio’s creative vision.
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the Executive Director, enabling them to focus on strategic and artistic priorities. This includes preparing key documents, managing correspondence, tracking budgets, and representing the Studio at internal and external meetings.
A proactive approach to administration, relationship-building, and logistical planning is essential. The role requires taking the lead on touring logistics for CWM, including contracting dancers and technicians, liaising with international agents, coordinating schedules, arranging payments, and ensuring strong representation of the company with promoters, venues, and partners worldwide.
The Projects Manager may travel with the company to provide on-the-ground support and act as an ambassador for CWM. In addition, the Projects Manager will play a key role in developing and managing external relationships. This includes maintaining a comprehensive CRM database, coordinating communications and promotional materials, and cultivating strong partnerships with venues, festivals, and promoters to generate new opportunities.
Financial and administrative oversight is also central to the role, with responsibility for reconciling budgets, managing royalty agreements, and contributing to financial reporting. The Projects Manager will also lead on evaluation, reporting, and environmental initiatives linked to touring.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the arts, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of one of the world’s leading contemporary dance organisations.
