Dance Development Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual who is passionate about the power of dance to inspire, transform, and unite communities. As Dance Development Manager, you will oversee a dynamic commercial programme of high-quality and inclusive public and education opportunities at the Hub, across North Kesteven and Greater Lincolnshire. You will also be a pivotal part of the Hub programming and management team, contributing to the strategic development of the venue and organisation as a local creative hub, and national artistic and cultural institution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and committed individual who wants to make their mark in inclusive dance practice. Candidates for the post will already be recognised for their track record of creating and leading relevant and diverse dance programmes that engage people of all ages and backgrounds. They will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, a real passion and interest for inclusive dance, and a strong commitment to widening dance participation for all.
