About the role

The Personal Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for the Chief Operating Officer. We are seeking an experienced professional to support the COO in delivering outstanding client service and managing operational efficiency.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the COO including correspondence, diary management and document preparation. The work involves confidence, sensitivity, and discretion in interactions with a variety of people, both nationally and internationally.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work proactively.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can act as the first point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, addressing queries and escalating as appropriate
  • Can manage the COO’s diary to schedule and prioritise meetings effectively
  • Can prepare detailed meeting packs, including supporting documents, ensuring all necessary information is ready in advance
  • Can record and manage action points from meetings, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Can maintain an effective diary system to ensure direct reports are scheduled for regular review meetings
  • Has experience of GDPR and ensure it is acknowledged in everyday tasks
  • Is committed to providing high quality customer service
  • Can deal with enquiries confidently providing clear, concise and accurate information or instructions
