The Opportunity

Natalia Kremen Ballet School is seeking a passionate, experienced Ballet Teacher to lead our high-quality Classical Ballet lessons. The successful candidate will nurture effort, respect, participation, performance, and a lifelong love of dance, while promoting excellence, inclusivity, and engagement across all age groups.

Hours and Days of work to be discussed. Availability for teaching after 3:00pm on agreed weekdays and/or potentially Sundays.

The Person (Requirements)

Proven experience teaching Ballet and preparing students for BBO examinations. Knowledge of the Russian Vaganova method and syllabus; Level 4 dance teaching qualification from a recognized education body. An undergraduate degree in dance is advantageous. Genuine passion for Ballet and enthusiasm for teaching. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Ability to work collaboratively to develop and enhance the curriculum. Strong planning and prioritisation skills; capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Calm under pressure with clear, articulate, confident communication. Experience teaching ballet in an independent school setting is desirable.

Selection Process
