Mat class taught by Jade, with nearly 30 years of experience in Pilates for dancers. Jade was Head of Pilates at Laban Dance Conservatoire and has been teaching dancers for 24 years. Jade ran the dance injury clinic at Laban and has taught professional dancers and dance companies including Wayne McGregor, Loop, CandoCo, and Flamenco Express.
