Rachel studied at the Royal Academy of Dance before returning to her home county of Suffolk to manage a successful ballet school for over a decade. An interest in dancers' health and wellbeing, coupled with frustration at the lack of dance-specific healthcare, led to her completing an MSc in Dance Science and training as a Soft Tissue Therapist. She now juggles work as a massage therapist and freelance ballet teacher alongside her role at One Dance UK.
Rachel is an advocate for the prioritisation of mental and physical health in dance training and performance, which informs every aspect of her work. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in nature with her family.
