With over 10 years’ experience in the arts, Alisha’s career spans curating and commissioning work at Watford Palace Theatre and Slough Borough Council, leading Manchester International Festival’s philanthropic programme in 2019 and working for the University of Salford, securing major donor income.
Alisha is passionate about making a fairer and more equitable creative sector that enables people to thrive, regardless of their background. She is continuing to be a change-maker within diversity, development, and inclusion, including as a trustee at Castlefield Gallery, and in an advisory and consulting capacity with the BAME North West Fundraising Network, Manchester International Festival, Institute of Fundraising and Artist Mentor.
