What role does this occupation play in the sector? ● Do you think data presents an accurate representation of each occupation under consideration? ● Do you believe the workforce for this occupation to be in shortage? If yes, how long has the occupation been in shortage? ● What do you consider to be the main barriers to recruitment or retention and why are jobs hard to fill? Are you aware of any factors specific to the occupation (e.g. the nature of the occupation, pay, conditions or location) that might impact on this? ● What are the necessary entry level requirements and typical qualifications needed for this occupation? How long do these take to acquire? ● Do you think this occupation should be included on the TSL?
