Fostering a Sense of Belonging with Adolescent Dancers at New Adventures Cygnet School

Professor Angela Pickard has undertaken a three-year, longitudinal evaluation of New Adventures Cygnet School, a dance training programme for adolescent dancers. Angela shares how Cygnet School is a space where the adolescent dancers feel noticed, accepted, understood and valued and that this facilitates a sense of belonging and community.
