Phoenix Dance Theatre Job listing - Digital Communications Executive

Phoenix Dance Theatre is seeking a Digital Communications Executive to deliver the company’s digital strategy and support the overall delivery of its communications and marketing functions. You will have social media and digital marketing expertise to help us reach and engage more people than ever before as well as an aptitude for data and engagement analysis. You will work innovatively to create engaging and impactful digital content that will stand out to help us to build our brand awareness and will take the lead on our digital development as we move into an important new era for the company.

We are looking for someone who can grow with us – a creative self-starter with enthusiasm, imagination and resilience. Working with our Head of Communications you will play a key role in the company taking the lead on our digital delivery, managing our social media platforms and working across the full range of our paid, owned and earned media activity. You will curate, create and produce engaging and informative digital content and will forge positive and productive relationships internally and externally to widen the impact and reach of Phoenix Dance Theatre. Monitoring and evaluating digital and audience engagement data you will generate data driven insights to inform decision making and support the function of the Communications department. The role is a varied one and we are looking for someone who is attracted to the breadth, diversity and opportunity of it.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative individual with strong copywriting and content creation skills, an eye for design and experience of working on digital communications campaigns. You will be a tech-savvy, data-driven self-starter who is able to demonstrate initiative. Salary: Level 2, £23,000 – £27,000 (pro rata)
Hours: 28 hours/0.8
Location: Phoenix Dance Theatre, LS2 7PA (with flexibility for some home working)
Contract type: Permanent
