One Dance UK have committed to the PiPA Pledge

We’re proud to join a sector-wide commitment to support parents and carers in the performing arts by committing to the PiPA Pledge.

By commiting to the PiPA Pledge, we commit to work towards the five principles:

  • Recognise barriers and take informed action.
  • Champion parents and carers as integral to our creative strength.
  • Balance work-life to support wellbeing and power creativity.
  • Evolve policies and practices to stay adaptable, responsive and relevant.
  • Celebrate the creativity, skills and experiences carers and parents bring.

We’ll work with PiPA and PiPA Partners to embed this pledge into our organisation in a meaningful way that reflects the realities, ambitions, and structure of our organisation.
