English National Ballet Job listing - Senior Participation Officer

English National Ballet is recruiting for a Senior Participation Officer who will work within ENB’s Engagement team and will work closely with Marketing for Digital programming initiatives.

• The project planning and management of multiple participatory projects within the Participation portfolio in London, across the UK and internationally.
• Working with Head of Participation to support the sustainable expansion of programmes.

The postholder will work on programmes like BalletActive to provide administrative support and to contribute to the Content development, focusing on artistic quality, content packaging and cost effectiveness to meet financial targets, working within the provided content budgets.

Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: 21-28 hours per week
Location: Mulryan Centre for Dance, 41 Hopewell Square, London, E14 0SY
Contract type: Fixed Term – 2 years
