Physiotherapist / Osteopath

Join our expert STRU team and help shape the future of young performers in a dynamic, hands-on role. Working closely with the Head of STRU and the Conditioning Teacher / STRU Assistant, you will deliver and develop high-quality physical screening, treatment, rehabilitation (STRU), and related services for students across all levels of training. You will play a key part in optimising and supporting students' training and performance needs, ensuring effective rehabilitation and ongoing wellbeing through close collaboration with STRU colleagues, as well as pastoral and academic support teams. Why Join Rambert School? In addition to working with exceptional dance students and a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your own private practice alongside your employment. The successful candidate will have access to the School's dedicated treatment room, enabling them to undertake private client work outside of student treatment hours, subject to operational requirements and agreed arrangements. This provides an excellent opportunity to build and maintain a private client base while benefiting from a flexible part-time, term-time working pattern.
