Young Choreographers Intensive with Chandenie Gobardhan

Pavilion Dance South West's Young Choreographers intensive will be on the 7th and 8th of February 2026, 10-4pm at their beautiful seaside venue in Bournemouth.   

This year’s Young Choreographers’ intensive weekend will be led by the sensational Chandenie Gobardhan. Chandenie (she/they) is a Dutch London-based Hindostaanse artist working across movement, memory, and ritual. Their choreographic language blends elements of Bharatanatyam, street styles, and contemporary dance, creating work that is both intimate and expansive. You will have the opportunity to deep-dive into Chandenie’s choreographic processes and be mentored by one of the UK’s most exciting choreographers.
