Step into a welcoming, high-energy dance workshop exploring inclusive practice with artists Eilidh McGrath and Jade Adamson — a duo of disabled and non-disabled dancers. Together, we’ll move, experiment, and share ideas, using Universal Design as a springboard for creating dance spaces where everyone belongs. Through playful exercises and thought-provoking discussion, we’ll reimagine how dance can hold difference while diving into big questions about disability rights and the language we use.
