Mentoring Residency in Brighton

An invitation to independent artists, practitioners and artistic directors to develop your choreographic and/or socially engaged creative practice over 3 days in Brighton. Bring a current project, idea, concept or area of creative practice under the guidance of mentor Charlotte Vincent.

Participants will filter their ideas and practice through Vincent’s own rigorous methodology, to explore taking creative risks in a supportive, trauma-informed environment, learning as your own and others’ processes develop and unfold. The residency offers an invaluable space to challenge and scrutinise your creative practice, clarify concepts and inject your usual approach with new ideas. You will also be part of a group offering peer knowledge exchange, exploration and support.
