David Blake is known for his work as a performer, lecturer, choreographer and creative director, and with his long running role as ‘Banzai’ in Disney’s award-winning musical, The Lion King, in London’s West End. Recently appointed Academy Director of Urdang, Blake will discuss his transition in roles and the need to find a new cultural voice in dance education.
