Profile

Before becoming an osteopath, I trained as a classical dancer, Pilates instructor and massage therapist.

Over the last 30 years, I have dedicated my clinic to the performing arts, looking after many West End shows, dance companies and dance schools. Our clinic is holistic and multi-disciplined. The team includes:

  • Osteopaths
  • Physiotherapists
  • Pilates studio
  • A psychotherapist who specialises in the performing art
  • A nutritionist
  • A life coach

In the mid-90s I participated in the work of Dance UK, the Healthier Dancer Program which set me on my journey, looking at dancers as elite athletes. I treat the person and lifestyle rather then the “sprained ankle”. I have found this approach very beneficial in getting the performer back on stage rapidly.
