I am Beth Shum, a Chartered Physiotherapist (HCPC MCSP) in the UK. I work in London, where I support Circus Artists, Performers, and Cheerleaders through physiotherapy, health education, and flexibility training.

Having been a former gymnast, aerialist, and cheerleader, I came across countless amount of pain conditions and injuries from both myself and my athletic friends. My mission is to continue sharing knowledge about the human body and troubleshoot any pain, injuries, and flexibility struggles via workshops, courses, and 1:1 work.
